We have had the same issue as the first review. He took the money and has never performed to our knowledge, as he refuses to return phone calls. We have no idea what the status is and it is well over a year now. Statements made by him were not carried out, again, not to our knowledge and we have seen nothing done through the courts. Also no response to a written letter after phone calls were unsuccessful. Could not recommend him for smaller issues as it has been our experience they do not get much if any attention.

This attorney will take your money but if it's a small case like a judicial release it goes on the back burner. He lies and doesn't return calls. doesn't gather the info needed. I paid him 8 months ago. he promised a court date and and that the judicial wouldn't be denied due to him supposedly comm. with judge and prosecuter. of course no court date and judicial denied. he never even sent in a judicial until my son made one his self and sent it in.
