has a bad understanding of peoples need. doesnt lesson to you. Even if you tell him that you have talked to other people like the OCI of Wisconsin. Insiste that Ins. policies are part of a will when other people say they are not. He said that he has to put them in her assets and tell all who got them. and how much. This has nothing to do with the probate and a will. These are privite when there is a ben.
