Brought in a more experienced attorney to help him without my permission said it was not going to cost me any more. Charged me anyway.Told clearly no do not want to settle period. Went behind my back and did it anyway " sorry it's already done, to late". Settled for $40,000 less than the 998 filed for case, proceeded to sue the company I told him was not the responsible party that he had let the responsible party off the hook. Needless to say he lost and I'm left with a lifetime injury. Now he is taking every cent of the little settlement he made. He & his secretary come to my house demanding my husband sign the check when it is my case and followed him around for 2 1/2 hours hurassing him. He has cancer and the attorney is aware of this but didn't care,this is after I emailed & called him & his secretary I would not be in Valencia this week & in the process of replacing damaged phone that day. He called 14 times in 2days. Beware of this nice guy. Caution all the way.
