I am so pleased that I selected Seth Malkin to be my lawyer after a horrible accident that kept me out of work for over a year. I was nervous about going to a lawyer for the first time but I was put at ease by the staff and was impressed by the knowledge of Mr. Malkin. I would rather not go into details of my case, but Mr. Malkin walked me through the process that he and his staff seemed to know well. When my court day arrived I made small talk in the restroom of the court house with a young lawyer who told me that I lucked out choosing Mr. Malkin because he knew the place inside and out. I just wanted to be reimbursed for my loss, but I was pleasantly surprised that I got a little more than that. I never thought that I would consider bringing legal action against anybody, but I believe that justice was served. I can't recommend this firm enough.

I solidly endorse Mr. Malkin for his expertise and his manner with clients. He represented my mother after she was hit by a car. My mother is elderly and needs extra time to understand protocols and procedures. She was also in quite a bit of pain after the accident.Mr. Malkin was patient and kind to my mother. He explained steps and procedures in a clear, understandable manner. His office staff was also very professional and attentive, answering my mother's questions patiently and in a timely fashion.
My mother's case was complicated. The Yet Mr. Malkin's medical knowledge was very thorough and he could tease apart what damage was caused by the accident.
Mr. Malkin was very aggressive in getting my mother the largest settlement he could--$80,000.

A big problem was he didn't tell us important factors. Who will be paying for what at trial, dr reports he had for almost a year before going to trial, he thought were bad &the doctors weren't as well versed in court as the OC doctors. Had he said that earlier, I could have gone to another dr, but it was 1 week from trial date. The 1st day of court he basically tucked his tail between his legs when asked if we had a good chance if we went to trial he barked" if I thought that I wouldn't be taking to you right now". he didn't fight for me, he was not someone I wanted in the court room with me b/c I lost confidence in his ability. At the time to collect the settlement they gave me my check. Without giving me a deduction list. They had a $4800 lean with my insurance in which most was not case related, I had to call myself and got it dropped. They really only care about $. I did dr follow ups, calls for reports, testimony follow up calls b/c they had no follow through.

Seth is an excellent attorney who worked hard get the best settlement of my case. I was involved in a car accident that left me severely injured. He took the time to understand my case, explain to me my rights, organize my medical records, and negotiate with the insurance company. He clearly explained the contingency fee system (I wouldn't have had to pay a dime if he hadn't won my case!) and kept me well-informed as the case progressed. The final settlement he got me was more than I could have hoped for.

got into a car accident he said he will take 1/3 of the money for the injury claim, and did not say anything about the car repair money from the insurance. he took 1/3 of that and mailed me a check with the balance without since then he has refused to answer my calls and see me or make an appointment with me to speak to him about this matter.
