Roy J. Bernstein is asleep at the wheel. This fool should not be practicing law. He doesn't advise his clients well; he merely indulges their whims. He misreads contracts and misspells his clients' own names. His approach to litigation is bully and bluster, without any substance. It doesn't work. His clients do not come out ahead. He is nearly 70 years old and he should retire because he can hardly think. Do not waste your time and money on his sub-standard practice.
