I have used Mr. Ware's services since 2007 for different immigration needs ranging from H1b work visa filings, Labor certification, Perm to AOS I-485 filing. The process and the outcome have always been the same: approval of the case. Mr. Ware' Firm staff have been always very courteous, easy to communicate with, hard working and effective. I would highly recommend Mr. Ware's services with no hesitation . Our company has used David Ware's firm for 9 years. He has worked on approximately 45 cases during this time. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and very professional.Some of our cases have been very complicated and he has always found a solution to reslove them successfully. They tried to over charge me! I decided to go with Riguer Silva. I hear good things about him. Hopefully it works out. This woman with david ware told me to pay 6 1/2 thousand dollars when Riguer Silva is only asking 3 for the exact same thing. from the reviews i have read im happy i moved along!

I had this lawfirm when I filed papers for my greencard. The office staff are rude, not truthful, act like they don't have the time for you, don't return calls and have incompetent paraleagals. Stay away from this firm. They charge way too much money for stuff you can do on your own. I did most of the work on my case and the paralegal did zip and when she did she screwed up and cost me time and money!

Very bad service and indifferent attitude. David Ware only seemed interested in the money. He totally delegated the case to a paralegal who was not competent. Save yourself lots of trouble and hire someone else.

I know a lot of people that have used attorney David Ware, including myself. I decided to start my case with Atty. Ware after many family and friends recommended him. His reputation is great. He's very knowledgeable, highly experienced with immigration law, and has a great number of achieved cases. To me, and all of the people that I know, he continues to be one of the most prestigious law firms and we will continue to refer him to other people. As difficult as some of our cases have been, he has been able to accomplish them with great results. Money wise - you pay for what you get, and I think he is very reasonable not to mention he works with you by allowing monthly payments depending on your needs.I recommend him to anyone who needs an immigration attorney. He IS the best!!

When I moved here with my wife and daughter from Spain, in 2007, family and friends recommended that I use David Ware’s law firm to do my H1B. That was the year when USCIS received the very first day like more than double the number of applications that they handle in a regular year. I remember it was extremely stressful because it was the first time this had ever happened and not even USCIS knew how they were going to handle all the cases received. But thank god I was in excellent hands, I felt that not only David but his entire staff, including Nancy Lauland who is mentioned in a previous post, were on top of every little detail and were very professional, and they all did their best to explain to me all the different steps of the process, which made those difficult moments easier for me and my family. Thanks to their professionalism I got my H1B approved at that time and today I’m at the very last stage of getting my green card.
I strongly recommend David Ware and Associates.

I went to see David Ware at his Baton Rouge office, right after my graduation from LSU, in spring 2010. I was still an international student at LSU, with an F1 visa, and interested in applying for an H1B work visa. David heard my case, reviewed the job offer and some other documentation from the employer company, and told me that the position offered did not require a professional with at least a bachelor’s degree and therefore the H1B application would most likely be denied. He took the time to explain to me the minimum requirements for this type of work visa and told me to come back when I had a job offer that met those requirements. He obviously did not want to take my money if he knew that the application was going to be denied. He did not even charge me for the consultation; I was very impressed by his professionalism. im sure the other reviews were posted by competition. -MC

I had the best experience with David Ware and Associates. Back in 2003 they did my first H1B and then my labor certification and adjustment to permanent resident in 2007. For all those years, my family and I relied extensively on the high quality legal advice offered by David, his associates and paralegals. I found him to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. I have referred family and friends to his office, and they have also experienced excellent results with their cases. He is probably the best immigration attorney in our state (Louisiana).

The previous reviews are true. I used their services few months ago and got a very bad service. Very poor communication. As mentioned by another reviewer, a paralegal named Nancy Lauland is pathetic and arrogant. They just lost a would have been continuing customer. I strongly suggest you to not get services from this lawyer.

Don't use this lawyer. Throughout my case processing, main problems were: 1.Extremely poor communication, never able to reach him "he'll call you back one of these days" "oh I thought he already called you) 2. David Ware has knowledge but is always in a hurry, wouldn't take the time to understand your case so this knowledge doesn't help 3. Awful paralegal (Nancy Lauland) who knew nothing about my case and gave irrelevant advice 4. Attitude problems with the same paralegal "oh you're asking so many questions". Briefly, don't waist your time and money, look for someone else!
