Amy Lanham has represented me in child custody cases for the last 9 years (most recently 9/2021) and has always been very open, honest and communicative. She does not “sugar coat” things and is honest with you in regards to the probability of the judge ruling in your favor. She also tells you if you’re being unreasonable and offers solutions to the problems that are in the best interest of the children involved. I have retained other attorneys before Amy and was not nearly as satisfied with the results. Amy brings tenacity and a high degree of professionalism to the case and always listens to her client’s concerns. She has relieved my fears on many occasions when faced with scary situations involving the custody of my children. I would highly recommend Amy for any case involving divorce or child custody.

Amy, from the moment of my first phone call with her, was nothing but everything I needed in a FANTASTIC divorce attorney. She listened to every word I had to say, she responded to every email, and she handled my divorce the exact way it needed to be handled, and got me everything I wanted. Amy is simply the best and worth every penny. Amy comes with years of experience and a lot of knowledge, but I believe what makes her the best is the fact that she is honest and upfront with you, if she doesn’t think you are going to get something she will just tell you, which I appreciated the brutal honesty. Some attorneys are out for money Amy is out for your interest, she truly wants whatever is best for you and your children. Her ability to listen and understand what all you will ask of her is beyond my level of comprehension. She is by far the only person I would ever use in a divorce and would recommend her to any man going up against his wife in a divorce. She is simply the absolute best.

Amy has been my attorney since 2010. I was 19 and going through an awful divorce and custody battle. Amy did everything she could throughout the years to fight for me and my child. She was always very truthful, explanatory, and thorough. She made me feel comfortable with the outcomes and future outcomes of any hearing we had. Any lawyer is expensive, but not all are worth it. I can honestly say Amy was worth every penny. I had a great lawyer and now friend.

I am so absolutely indebted to Amy for the diligent performance in my recent divorce. She handled everything professionally from my initial interview to the court hearing. She established a rapport with me to make me feel so comfortable during this life changing situation. Due to the complexity of the situation I was concerned. I have worked alongside Amy for years and I can say she is always professional, tells the truth whether it is what her clients want to hear or not! Lawyers are not magicians you can only get what the law allows and I know first hand that Amy knows the law and is constantly reviewing new cases handed down from the Supreme Court as it is always changing things up! She is involved in the community and cares sometimes too much, as some of her guardian cases are very gut wrenching! You would be well served to give this firm a chance at a time in your life that is very unstable, scary and sad, they will guide you through!

RUN RUN RUN!! This is NOT a good office to do business with. Tiffany and Diane will both twist whatever they need to in order to cover up their mistakes. And Amy will back them up. You will be charged high rates for unreliable and shabby work. The niceness stops as soon as they get your money. We retained Delby Poole NOT Amy Lanham when I called they never once thought to mention that as of January this year Delby has handed the business over to Amy. They do not return phone calls but will charge you for listening to your messages. If you pay by credit card they will charge you for that. They charged us $230. They do not do criminal law you will need another lawyer in addition. They allow 26 hours total for divorce cases then charge huge hourly rates for after that. Do your homework these are not the people you want representing you if you want to win. They are rude and very unprofessional. We are reporting them to the BBB and the Bar Association. We found out too late hope you don’t

Very poor in court. No interest in winning for the client. I lost both money and custody because of her poor performance. Never use her if you have to litigate or the case involves intelligent people. I pretty much prepared everything for her and she could not deliver. I had to speak out of turn in court to save myself from loosing more.i have no clue how she survives. She rides on the coat tail of delby pool

She was the ad litem in a divorce custody case and did not give a recommendation in a timely fashion (less than 5 days before the final hearing) In her final recommendation (a court document) committed libel defamation on individuals that were not involved in the case. Very unprofessional conduct

Very Expensive!!! Huge retainer to even get started and made a lot of promises that were never kept! Other sides attorney won by a land slide! I would not recommend this attorney or this firm, they certainly don't mind taking your money!

Would fax me lengthy communications from the other lawyer and then ask for my advice without offering her own. Created more paperwork over transferring a retirement account than over my whole divorce. Let me settle for way too little in alimony at settlement and didn't advise as to how much I should ask for. DID get me divorced very quickly.
