I was shocked to read negative comments describing Mr. Susman. For the past 8 years, I have retained Leonard on 3 occasions for relatively complex matters. Needless to say, I was very impressed with this professional's knowledge, business acumen, demeanor and responsiveness. He exercises excellent judgement and his communication skills are always appropriate given varying circumstances. Leonard is a wonderful "strategic thinker" and works towards winning outcomes. For the past 40 years, I've retained many lawyers in various capacities ... Leonard Susman is the most effective lawyer that I have ever had. Mr Leonard Susman is a kind, dedicated and fair lawyer whom I have used several times for Real Estate transactions and Wills for the past 14 years. We Called and spoke to Leonard Susman regards to a matter he handled, was SHOCKED at how rude and aggrissive he was and the only topic he wanted to Talk about was just money absolutely greedy hungry wouldnt even allow us to speak to inform us of how things would be able to untie as i meantioned To him he was being aggressive verbally he became even more unpleasant and so unprofessional, if you want someone ruthless and cold than he's a the guy. We weren't looking for a freebie we needed information to clear a matter and if it meant paying sure, but what we got was an earful of rudeness. Left us speechless and totally upset. People need to be awarde of his character and ethics.

Leonard Susman has handled the purchase & sale of my properties for >10 years. He's personable, ethical, and skips the "legal speak". It's a small office with one assisstant, so you don't always speak to the lawyer immediately when you call... However my issues were always solved promptly.
