Mr. Zilberfein represents my former landlord. On April 12th 2017, I moved out of my 2 year leased one bedroom apartment. Now towards the end of my lease, he advised me to send all the rent checks/monies to him and not to my landlord as I did before. And that i shouldn't contact my landlord at all and also I heard from the staff of the property I lived in that my landlord was sick and that his health wasn't good so I respected that part.
Well, Before moving out, I contacted him to advise me on when I'd be getting back my security deposit, I was told by his paralegal Ms. Sullivan that as long as I clean up the apartment, I'd be getting back my deposit but they have to do a walk through the next day once I moved out. 2 days later, I called his office to find out if they had done the walk through? His paralegal took my call and then passed it on to Mr. Zilberfein, he told me that yes, he did check the apartment and that it was in good shape apart from the refrigerator and the stove not c
