Those people that complained owed him money. I checked before hiring him.This guy is THE best in Cleveland at Criminal Defense, Police Misconduct and by far drug defense. Caught with 3 keys and he beat it.

My husband and myself were able to do little research before we selected Paul Cushion as our lawyer due to the timing of our case.Had we been given the time, we now know we most CERTAINLY would not have chose him. We were skeptical from the get go, as he is a criminal defense lawyer, and our case wasn't this type -- he assured us he had experience and was ready to take on our case. I can't express how unhappy we were with his "service" he was extremely unprofessional, paid little attention to what we had to say, frequently cut us off mid sentence, even took lengthy phone calls in the middle of our scheduled meetings! I don't recall a single time I left his office feeling calm or reassured my case would be ruled in my favor, in fact it got to the point of questioning just what his relationship was with the lawyer from the opposing side .. In the end he actually denied us service unless we followed his game plan! I couldn't possibly give a low enough rating!

Paul Cushion is the best attorney I've ever had. His experience on the other side gave him the ability to communicate with me as a person not just as a client or a number. He has been very helpful and i would recommend him to anyone who has legal problems. He is the best! I did'nt have to wait forever and I was very satisfied with my OUT come. God bless his business, there should be more lawyers in the field trying to help people instead of trying to bleed them and their famillies out of every dime they got.

You have to be kidding. They gave him his law lisense back after he shot that girl and went to prison for it. See State v. Cushion (1998), Summit County, Ohio Case No. CR-1998-08-1921.

This guy is the best lawyer I ever had. He is my 2 brothers and my lawyer. I was charged with a F-2 coke dealing charge and some other bullsh*t charges. It really wasn't my stuff, but the guy with it was in my car with me. The cops could care less. They handcuffed us, put us in their car and searched my car where they found the stuff in a dufflebag in my trunk. I told them they could not search my car but they did anyway. This attorney Paul comes up with this brand new case, gets all the cocaine kicked out of evidence, and I am home free! Man, I was looking at serious time. The guy in the car with me didn't have Paul as his lawyer, but once the coke was kicked out of evidence he walked too. I trust this guy and he is now my attorney for life. He saved mine for real. Call him and you will see. Real inexpensive too. He kicked the sh*t out of the cops when they were testilying. Hire this guy and you won't go wrong. Call him at 216-244-4073. I FRICKIN' WALKED! WAHOOOO! Later.
