She did not understand my problem and she did not understand the other side. I was seriously injured and preoccupied with my injuries. I did not provide enough "babysitting" because of my injuries and medical condition. She did things that were good and profitable to her but completely useless to me. She churned my file which I did not realize until after it was too late. I totally regret hiring her. She might be good at settlements but she did not have the experience for complex trials with complex medical issues. She totally did not "get it" and I did not "get" the fact of how awful she really is because I was totally bogged down in my medical issues and pain and suffering from my injuries. She prepared for settlement and she did not prepare for trial.
