Ben does not communicate or return phone calls in a timely manor. I have been leaving messages for over a month and can not get a return call. The paralegal is frustrated with the situation and has a tendency to hang up on me as a client when she is frustrated at my attempts to contact Mr Adams. Mr. Adams failed to show up at my initial bankruptcy hearing. He insisted that I pay a large amount up front outside of the bankruptcy and before it was filed. I later realized this was a mistake on my part. Mr. Adams has called me acrimonious in one of his few email responses, yet he did not answer the question in the email. After making multiple calls in order to get basic information, I have become frustrated, possibly even acrimonious, but this was after weeks of trying to get through to Mr Adams. The lack or communication and failure to provide the legal advice that I have paid for has the potential of costing me thousands. You should consider another option for bankruptcy attorneys.
