Other than my court appearances,how much I owed him (which was immediatly paid), and telling me that I had a good chance at suppression of evidence, he NEVER tried to follow through with suppression and consequently I had to plead guilty to possession of marijuana. The Jennings County Sherrifs dept. has kept $1,550 of Money that I KNOW was applied to another persons Bond, have proof of where and when I received the funds and yet Mr. Dillon is unable to get the funds released. These funds were taken LAST YEAR!!! I have been in contact with Mr. Dillon (by phone and in person) and cannot seem to get anything accomplished.
