Not the most dependable lawyer. When there is inconsistency between what's said and what's emailed, when asking to just go with written communications going forward, he says it costs more money and the turn around time on work will be slower. This felt like a threat to hamper my case and so I dropped him and his firm for some I felt safe with representing me and my interests.

I work in a large law firm that simply doesn't have the expertise in real estate and real estate litigation that Mr. Kassenoff possesses. I routinely forward him cases in this area and he routinely exceeds my expectations with regard to his ability and professionalism.
