Do not respond to phone calls and when they do they leave me on hold for extensive periods even on scheduled phone conference calls. If they answer, they do not know the answer to questions. They do not fight for my rights and allow the employer insurer to get away with not paying medical bills and cutting benefits without justification. They are irresponsible and uncaring.

Don't use these people if you ever want to know what's Going on with your case because they will never return your calls or even answer a question for you.. I know others who also had the same problems. They will speak to you initially to get you in and then your on your own!!! They are being paid, maybe they forgot

DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE SAYING MY LAWYER WAS NOT AVAILABLE I ASK A QUESTION AND THEY NEVER KNOW THE ANSWER. ALWAYS HAS TO CHECK THEN NEVER CALLS BACK I HAVE TO CALL THEM
