You are better off representing yourself. You'll save a lot of cash. Billable hours, and hours, and hours. He NEEDS to retire. Made an absolute fool out of me and himself in court. I did most of the work, he got paid for it. Great listener at $400+ an hour. He will talk about how great a person you are, and charge you for every minute. Keep a log of your activities with him or any lawyer.
