Do not use this law firm. When I told them I didn't feel comfortable including children custody and finances on one agreement they terminated my retainer and I lost all my money and no service was given. totally unprofessional. Staff was rude. Do not use

Look at all the duplicate positive reviews, this guy is writing his own reviews and getting caught. My experience is more realistic- self promoting and lacks any real understanding.

Kenneth is an excellent Family Lawyer who recently represented me in a divorce case. I had hired two Family Lawyers prior to hiring him, and he was able to take on a messy divorce involving children and support and finally get the ball rolling and a settlement made- after 3 years of going nowhere in Court. My previous Family Lawyers were not able to even schedule mediation and we were having to go back to Court almost every 2-3 months when it was not needed. Kenneth signed on and got me amazing results within 4 and a half months! We were able to come to a fair agreement in mediation. I feel like he really cared about me and my children and honestly had our best interests in mind. He knew my case as well as I did, and so did his staff. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent Family Lawyer.

I used Ken as my lawyer for my family law matter. He was accurate, well versed and very professional. He appeared to be well liked by court staff and judges. He always on target with all my inquires and concerns. I would highly recommend Ken as a family law lawyer in Barrie.

I was a previous client which dealt with Kenneth Bandeira with my landlord issue at Community Legal Aid. As stressful as my experience was in dealing with my landlord and my living conditions at the time in the end through his hard work Kenneth did all he could possibly do to settle with the landlord and get me $1,350. I was truly impressed with the effort that he put in, his ability to deal with very experienced lawyers, and that he was able to get me a settlement after the landlord first refused to do so even speak to me about the ongoing health and safety issues with my apartment. Thank you for all your help.
