Martin Reed drew up several of my friends mortgages & when they were signed he never got them recorded with the register of deeds office. One house was sold w/o honoring the due on sale clause. The same person who barrowed the money on one house also barrowed on another piece of property & barrowed additional money from the bank, who had the lien recorded. My friend thought that the lawyer had taken care of the registering...My friend is now out almost $150,000.00. Martin Reed received payment for the work he did & was supposed to do. I DO NOT recommend him to anyone.
