Was not told that my patent application was classified as 'Abandoned' in May 2013 until I asked another patent attorney in August 2014 why this process takes 3 1/2 years! Mrs. Tufariello never returned phone calls, e-mails, and lost important paperwork! Now I have to hire another attorney to try and salvage my situation!
