As a pro se litigant, he lied about a substantial amount of missing funds, stating he had no idea about them. I recently discovered he is/was either in receipt of the funds or had knowledge of them and it's whereabouts. Very dismissive. Shame on him...

He is an awful awful RUDE attorney. He needs continuous follow up and has ZERO initiative. Extremely unprofessional and not timely whatsoever! I would NEVER recommend him.

It's hard to rate value. It doesn't matter if his price sounds good. My divorce never went through. I finally considered the retainer a loss and got a new attorney. He did tell me I was beautiful. So inappropriate.

I disagree w the negative review. Ken is an extremely intelligent attorney who walked me thru the process step by step. At one point , there was a minor mix up and he drove my paperwork to my job to obtain a signature on his own time. His advice was always well taken and he became my confident and helped me thru a really difficult time. Please se don't one or two random complaints impact yottabyte decision to retain him. He's one of the good ones.

If you want an attorney who is totally uncommunicative and fails to properly represent you, then Ken is your man. Our Judge made a Decision on March 2, and not only did he never advise me of any such action, but I only found out there was a Decision when I was served 3 weeks later on a Money Judgement. Every phone call resulted in my feeling that I was bothering him and his manner was curt and abrupt. To think that he was recommended by a third party makes his lack of professionalism even more distasteful.my opinion is " buyer beware" and as much as I tried to find one part of his representation that was positive, I can only conclude that he should stick to his duties with the Town of Brookhaven on an exclusive basis and leave the Divorce Law to those who know how to represent their clients
