I feel bad that the highest rating is Good ,Linda Toga far exceeds that. She is a true ethical and honest Lawyer with a perfect understanding and knowledge of the law. She is always reachable and will keep you informed of ANY and All actions dealing with your issues. She will not "sugar" coat anything but tell you what your rights are and how to go about getting them in the most professional cost effective way. She communicates with you throughout the process is timely and efficient. She will repersent you with a great presence and tenacity. I was referred to Linda M. Toga by my divorce attorney. I had been notified that there were matters left unattended by my deceased ex-husband that needed to be handled and would need an attorney that specialized in Estates to clarify things, help me through the process and deal with his Estate attorney on my behalf. It took me seven years to finally get divorced, you can imagine the anguish of having to go through more. My initial call to Linda put me at ease. I found her to be "matter of fact", "no nonsense", "thorough", "factual" and sincere. She tells it like it is, keeps you informed of her progress, is extremely knowledgeable, organized and is a distinguished, dignified representative for her clients.
