From Leopold to Goldfarb, it’s no difference for Spencer Kuvin as long as he makes the maximum amount possible on a case. First , he pretends to be caring, sympathetic and will try to earn your trust but he’s not to be trusted ever. I would honestly say that he’s more of a con man rather than an attorney. I went to law school and would never act unethical or misleading with any of my clients but for this attorney again it’s all about the Benjamin’s. Ambulance chasing at its finest.

He is a self-centered egomaniac who did not care about me or my case. All he cared about was his fee. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely the worst attorney EVER! Had NO contact with me for almost 18 months after car accident. I had to contact his paralegal every few months. After 18 months when I FINALLY received a check from him, it was incorrect! I had to contact HIM to explain why it was incorrect and that he owed me over $600 more. I would represent myself, no matter how much it cost me, before I hired him for an 'attorney'.

This rating is based on actual case experience. Spencer's guidance, work ethic and compassion enabled me to survive and succeed regarding a substantial case. His loyalty, interest and concern for my business & personal matters and availibility for those "once in a while" questions that always seem to come up - never, never dimminished - even long after our case was won. He successfully defended my position fearcly with great expertice. With him, I feel protected to live a secure life in Florida.
