Do yourself a savor, save your time and money. Mrs. Beam is the most unprofessional attorney I've ever come in contact with. Let alone have hired. I would never recommend hiring her to anyone. After voicing my concerns about my experiance with Mrs. Beam to a friend of mine. My dear friend told me "I wish I'd known you hired her. Because I would have told you don't!". My dear friend went on to tell me she has another friend who recently hired her and fired her a couple of months before I did. Her friend was also very unsatisfied.

I went to her firm for advice and I left there more confused than before. My question was about fair child support modification, which I have been paying 100% of since early 2004, and she turned it into more of a child custody conversation.
Not only that, she made me felt like my parenting skills were at question due to the fact that I allow my kids to make educated decisions on their own; even though I try to provide them all the information they need to make a decision, both good and bad.
Also, when I tried to mention laws that I read I got the "how dare you quote me the law. I already know the law, you don't need to tell me" attitude. I was not trying to tell her what she already knows, but was trying to understand if what I read was how things were handled.
Not too sure if I would recommend her or the firm to anyone. But if I was treated like a moron, it is hard to say how many other people she treats that way.
