If I could leave zero stars I would. I never once spoke to him, and I only spoke with my case manager once and even then only because I called her. My case was dropped with absolutely no explanation even after calling for a week before my drop letter came in and no returned calls or anything. Some of the secretaries are extremely rude and I had to tell them more them a few times to please not speak over me when I'm asking questions and they definitely need phone etiquette training. My case was super easy as well the other insurance had accepted liability so I honestly don't understand what the issue was but again I got no explanation so who knows. Not only that but they refused to give me my case file so I could go to another lawyer. Absolutely ridiculous

I was hit by 2 cars from behind. do not hire these people. they should have did a better job. It was an easy case. It was hard to get in touch with them. I request a meeting with my lawyer. Never met with nor talked with him. It took them 2 years for my case. I did get hurt. two years I only got $2300 hundred dollars

HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. EVEN IF YOU ARE REFERRED BY ANOTHER LAW OFFICE. IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE I WAS HIT AND INJURED. THIS WAS AN EASY. I MEAN EASY CASE FOR THEM TO WIN. THE PERSON ADMITTED FAULT AND I HAVE THE X-RAYS SHOWING I HAD SPINAL INJURY... HOW CAN YOU SCREW THIS UP????!

I appreciate how the case is being handled. I wish they were a bit better about calling back when they say they will but the results of the case so far I am very happy with. They are some great lawyers and I really liked they way they work. They were honest and did well by me. It turned out that one of my doctor's bills was less than previously thought so they called me up and gave me a check for the difference AFTER I had already received my settlement. I will be referring to others.

Every negative review about Ben Abbott is true. They come to your house, take pictures, and get you to sign. Then they lie to you, and you will never speak with an actual attorney. They do not help you with your vehicle repairs. You also cannot fire them because they retain an interest in your case, meaning that they still get 35% percent, after you fire them.. Worst lawyers on the planet.

His team will try to convince you to settle and that you will not win at trial. Check out the LED 60 inch FLAT SCREEN TV'S & THE AQUARIUM in his office, that's where your money is going!!!

This Law firm Employee are very Unproffessional they can't Help you especially with your Vehicle repair and the Insurance at Fault that supposed to take care of your Vehicle for Repair And if you want to talk to their Supervisor or Lawyer regarding the issues? Good luck with that?! It was my worst experienced and beware to their Investigator recommending a Body Shop for the repair promising some really good stuff but in the end they're just getting commission from the Body Shop and your disappointed with the repair.

Never...NEVER use this firm. You can do your case better then they can. All they do is sit back and collect the money you need. And good luck trying to go to court with them. They will quickly tell you how the courts never sides with the person injured and it will be more money out of your pockets. Really? I never seen a court case where the winner pays the court cost. Oh, and all those GOOD ratings are done by the staff. Read them, they sound like a commercial.

Attorney client relationship. Handle poorly. Inexperienced. And nonchalant approach to ligation by an attorney we never met before our trial. Was not prepared not well informed about our case. And refused information that was important to case. This lawfirm. Is like a client drive through. That ended like a drive by. Very disappointed. I did not fire this firm. I could not fathom still having to pay this law firm to do nothing.

WORST OFFICE EVER. Rude staff, never spoke with the lawyer in charge of my case, had me sign papers while I was medicated and had a concussion. I fired them and they STILL walked away with 35% of my settlement when I did all the work they did NOTHING. They never returned calls they didn't give me copies of anything I signed, they never got me into the doctors they said they would for my injuries. I waited on them to follow through for 4 months and in that time no doctors no calls nothing from them and yet they get paid for it after they are fired??? The settlement office even contacted them directly to see if they would take a lesser rate since they were not involved in the process they refused needless to say I will be legally going after that amount of money in which they did not earn.

They want MONEY up front! They want simple cases, where the ones at fault have plenty of insurance. FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY, YOU'LL BE HAPPY THAT YOU DIDN'T USE THE BEN ABBOTT FIRM! Money,money is what they are after. YOUR MONEY! TELL THEM THAT DO NOT WANT ANY OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSE FROM YOUR POCKET! They will tell you to find another attorney. They will make sure there doctors and everyone else is taken care of before they even get to you. I had medical insurance; my settlement was 12000, Ben Abbott got 4,400+, doctors 3,500+, other stuff 2000+, I walked away with 720 bucks. If you use them, get your own doctors and keep up with what they are doing and good luck in staying in touch with someone, they are constantly switching up who handles your case. Once you sign that dotted line they got you.

I was passenger in my friends car when an 18 wheeler hit us. We hired another attorney before we hired Ben Abbott. Our first attorney worked our case for 8 months and we had no answers or help. I hired Ben Abbott & in 10months my case was settled. He is the best around dont look any where else.

I was re-ended on the highway. A friend of mine had used Ben Abbot before and was very pleased. The staff at Ben Abbott immediately referred me to a chiropractor and even set up my first appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My case settled within 8 months. All my doctor bills were payed and I was very happy with the amount I got in my pocket. I was injured on a DART Bus when someone side swiped it. A friend refered me to call Ben Abbott. They helped me find a clinic with flexible hours to treat me for my injuries. In 9 months my case was settled. I was paid & so were the doctors.I couldnt have asked for more.

They took my case with pleasure, I wanted to think about it. I was called and told I really should go ahead with the lawsuit, after two months of treatment. they droped the case. I had serous injuries. without notice I ws told by a clinic worker they couldnt see me anymore. Abbott didnt have the courtacy to make a phone call. Never returned but one call and never gave me copies of what I signed. There rude and arrigant . I found a new Lawyer and the case is going well Medical treatment was continues without delays. Huge mistake going with Ben Abbott. They do not care about the client. Run from this Law Firm

THIS IS NOT A GOOD LAWYER! Please don't waste your money. My Husband was hit by a guy who ran a red light in a company car. After no return calls and threaten to fire the attorney, my husband received a "small reward" two years later. And when I say "small" I mean "small". Please, please,please,please,please,please,please don't call him, think twice. They come out and take pictures FAST but pay SLOW.

I contacted Abbott's office regarding an accident I had been in, the next day someone came to my house to meet with me and take some photos. I signed the paperwork and asked for copies to keep for myself. I never did get those copies even though I requested them from my case manager 2 additional times. I called the office to find out about my case and to see when I could bring my car in for repairs. I was always told that I would have to speak to the atty. in charge of my case and that She was always out of the office or on another line. Then 3 months into it I GET A LETTER saying that they have decided not to take the case because the womans insurance company claims that she made her payment 3 hours late so they wouldn't cover her at the time of the accident. They never canceled her policy they just say that she wasnt covered between 12am - 12pm the day of the accident, too bad for me the accident was at 8am

These people are lawyers? They never call you back and when you call them you may get them 1 out of 100 times. Im still waiting on my first offer from the insurance company. This is ridiculous! Its been 6 months! they let the insurance companies bully them around instead of the other way around. I could have done better by myself and saved 33% of my money!

They held my case for 15 months and never filed with the court. Never returned my calls unless I threatened to fire them and violated confidentiallity by speaking with uninvolved parties about my case and private details. Was told flat out to lie and commit insurance fraud by the paralegal who is the ONLY person who will call you back.
