I was assigned Ms. Jaffe as a law guardian. What a mistake . There is a reason why she is assigned so few cases by the judges . She was nothing short of inappropriate and had her own interpretations (whether right or wrong and the judge would not even entertain half of her concerns )and made continuous misrepresentations. The final straw was how she refused to look into the other parents drug use (when he was in detox during the. proceedings and left the court house without giving a urine sample). If you get assigned her as a law guardian I would ask to get reassigned quick .
