as a Canadian that recently recieved my US Green card with the help from Mr.Saunders i highly recommend this Immigration Lawyer.Len spent some time with us at the Peace Arch going over our questions that i would be facing in my interview at the US Embassy in Montreal and i start my new life in America early next month

Immensely surprised to see anyone have a grievance with Len. As far as his work with me he made happen what I didn't believe possible and fought till he got results (at no extra charge). I am able to visit my daughter in the USA today completely because of Len and his tenacity even in the event that my first application for a waiver was denied Len insisted we continue to move ahead. I was charged only the filing fee's by homeland security and nothing extra for what would have amounted to a lot of extra hours for Len and exactly as he said I was granted a waiver on the 2nd application. I had my doubts through the whole proceeding but fortunately Len didn't and only because of his insistence, communication and knowledge both of the law and personal relationships (work relationships) with people at Blaine division of homeland security. He went as far as to pick me up on the Canadian side of the border and WALK me in the rain for my first trepidatious meeting with HS. 5 stars from me.

DO NOT HIRE LEN SAUNDERS!!!! He was supposed to file immigration paperwork for me February 28th, said that he did but was never able to produce a receipt number for us. He dodged calls completely and lied to us all the time. Finally I called the Washington State Bar in June to complain as we should have had a receipt within 30 days, they contact him and threatened him that he needed to give us a receipt number. We also called the lock box to see if they had our file, they didn't ever get it. He eventually filled June 12th. He is a liar, a complete jerk and just an awful excuse for a lawyer. We will be filing a grievance with the washington state bar. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL "MAN".
