Extremely rude lawyer. Utters threats if questioned. He threatened me to increase his fees if I question him. He charged me a closing fee of $2700. Never hire this kind of lawyer

He is such a wonderful and knowledgeable man in the community.Most of the REAL estate LAWYERS seek help in their work from Mr.SHAIKH..I closed my new home transaction in Winnipeg from Mr.Shaikh.He was very helpful.

We have hired Mehboob Shaikh to close my house in Winnipeg. My experience was not pleasant at all and I found him to be rude and not diligent
He is a one man show & has no staff
He sent the wrong purchased amount to buyer lawyer and collected less money from buyer lawyer
We were told that it will take 2 weeks for final amount to be transferred into my account & after three weeks I was told that it can 1 month or more because it is in the hand of government of Manitoba and they can take more time to transfer the title and I have to understand because it is common-sense
The title of my house did transfer in two weeks but he didn’t know
Partial funds were transferred to my account in 5 weeks; he told me that he needs more time to collect the remaining balance from buyer lawyer After another 7 weeks we received the check for remaining balance
He did not provide the clear instructions He couldn’t deposit the check in my bank on time because he had other things to do & he didn’t hav
