I have had multiple consulations with Mr. Avedissian on issues detrimental affecting our organization. On at least 3 occasions he provided us with sound advice, consultation, and rewrites to our organization and did it for us pro bono on 2 occasions and attempted to provide it free the 3rd, but we insisted he charge. Even then he charged us the minimum. Now, we just may need him for some serious representation and despite him trying to NOT take our money, we're gonna hire him anyone. Many attorneys are happy to take your money on frivelous lawsuits... David is not that guy.

After dealing with several attorneys I finally found my "home" with David's firm. I have a busy practice - Dave makes my life easier :). Dave always handles things directly for me and I never need to check up on him. He speaks in a way that is easy for me to follow him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and will continue to use his services for my practice !

The unfortunate flaw with these rating environments is that they’re often used to air grievances by disgruntled clients and thus, can depict a totally erroneous perception of reality.
Having said that, let me assure you that my opinion here is valid and objective. In all my dealings with attorney David Avedissian I have found him to be nothing short of professional and efficient.
He listens well, he responds quickly, he takes pride in his performance and he is passionate about achieving a satisfactory result for his client.
I respect his skills and integrity; I recommend him highly.

I hired David for a business matter and could not be happier with my decision. I was kept very well informed and my interests were the sole priority during my representation. I have recommended David to many acquaintances, both professional and private, and would hire David again should I require such services in the future.

I hired David to assist myself and a partner in a Business Purchase. We were kept well informed of all details and changes to our case. I remain confident in David's skills as an attorney and plan to hire him again if I require an attorney in the future.

Retaining Mr. Avedissian was a huge mistake. He was unresponsive, lied to me numerous times, discussed my case with third parties and mishandled the case. When I asked him direct questions he became irritated and defensive. Did nothing to prove my case except take my money. Proof exists of the numerous lies told to me. My best interest was not at hand. Ethics may have been violated. Things started to happen in a positive way once the case was taken away from Mr. Avedissian. Paper work was sloppy and was not submitted in a timely manner. Also, Mr. Avedissian refused to send me copies of letters and documents after numerous requests. It does not take 5 weeks to file papers with the courts; unless some reason exists why the attorney doesn't want to file them. I had to constantly check up on Mr. Avedissian because I knew he was not doing the work that he was paid for.
