Negligent and inferior work. Takes all of your valuable documents and evidence and then just throws them out without first offering them back to you ( even when his office continues to mail you Christmas cards,) including survey maps and documents paid for and needed by client. Does not inform client of status and developments and does not supply client with any documents or decisions, misses deadlines and lets interns create documents with glaring, devastating errors but doesn't even admit or realize the injustice he is causing. By losing all of their evidence, proceedings and decisions the client has no ability to seek relief or secure restitution. Incompetent. Even though you have a solid legal case his mishandling will hand the decision to over to the adversary.
