Retained attorney for child support modification. Attorney charged $1800.00 retainer. After court hearing, order was incorrect. Charged me for reviewing the document, sending letter to me and refused to address order error without charging additional fees. Also, was told the Order would be retro-active to date filed which was 2 months prior to hearing, which was also not included in Order. Attorney then charged me additional fee for phone call to discuss proper handling of incorrect order.
