This is ridiculous, it’s very unprofessional, and it seems like this law firm is all out for money, and if you’re not careful they would beat you out of your money and will find ways that they can take most of your money from the law suit. I will never recommend this firm to no one for nothing. It’s a scammy law firm. Very unhappy and unpleased with there bullcrap.

He tried to steal my settlement money along with his paralegal. I had to threaten I would go to the Bar association. I did get a case number from Bar Association and if I didn't get my money right away I was going to report he is the worst.

Carlos is a settlement attorney, he just wants to get his hand in the cookie jar and will sell you out so that his firm can get paid. As a former EEO investigator I have dealt with many attorneys over the years, he was the worst. I was involved in a FLSA case in which we were misclassified and no time records and Carlos main concern was to settle the case so that his firm would get paid.

He takes forever to return a call, if it were not for his paralegal you would never hear from him. He cannot write a clear letter you can understand ~ all gibberish. He only wants nice and easy cookie-cutter cases and is afraid of hard work. Most importantly he is VERY DISORGANIZED AND HE LOSES YOUR EVIDENCE!!! Then he denies you ever gave it to him in the first place.
