I was assigned Julia as my family court attorney when my daughter was taken away from me illegally, taken from me due to false accusations by family member, and CPS worker that wanted to punish me and show me that she was able to control every aspect of me being able to remain in custody of my daughter just because she felt I was not obeying her the way she wanted me to they calling her as soon as I missed her call or answering the door when she showed up even though our appointment has been rescheduled prior and I was sleeping due to pain from a failed cancer surgery to remove a terminal tumor that was located on my spinal column. The first appointment w/Julia I informed her of every detail, cos/family court & illegal actions/accusations/treatments,bullying and abuse of power against myself! Unproper protocols, unwarranted removal. Asked investigation done asap! Atty refused! Informed “I custody quicker if I obey”. CPS doesn’t lose! 5.5 yrs later lost comp phys custody because of att

It is unfortunate that we have to do all the research, and then provide it to her. How can she represent families, and is still on the committee as a participant's attorney in FTC. If she valued her clients, and their children, then maybe the courts wouldn't be bogged down. She displays no consideration for the children of her clients, and maybe the Bar Assoc. should be notified.

I wish you could give a zero because she is not even worth a 1. I 100% agree with the other review stating that Julia is a risk to the community and local families. It is extremely concerning that lawyers like her exist and actually have power in the legal system. She flat out lies in court and does no research on her cases. She destroys families with no concern for the welfare of the child or the aftermath of her actions in court. She is a disgrace to the legal community. I'm honestly not sure how a person like her can even sleep well at night. I can only hope that one day she sees the damage she does and the lives she has ruined.....or at least stops practicing law!

She never calls and is even late to court. I would represent myself before trusting this woman with my legal affairs. Horrible lawyer reporting her to the bar association

I have witnessed the work of Julia Kretzmann and in my view she is an unprofessional attorney. I see her as a risk to our local Ithaca community and wished she would leave her practice here immediately, to the benefit of the courts and local families. I am surprised she is able to survive as an attorney for the children in New York. This is a statement bout the disgrace of our legal system.
