I'm writing to express my disappointment with the way my case is currently being handled by his partner. It took him 7 months to just file my case. Calling his office is like pulling teeth, every time I call, I try to be as nice as possible, as patient as possible. I'm not even sure if he's really that busy, because I know for fact there aren't that many cases involving the federal government in this area. I believe he needs to work on his work values, and he needs to learn how to interact with people and he needs to realize that families depend on these cases, therefore being late with filing or sending documents could destroy them.
