I hope this firm can quickly sort out internal problems which may be due to a recent reorganization. Firm prepared my complicated tax return 2 years ago and did a superlative job in every way. Tax attorney Greg Johnson was great -- service, communication, speed, knowledge. I asked them to prepare this year's tax return -- not difficult but requiring some tedious work assessing the value of building materials donations. Two months after dropping it off, no information despite repeated attempts at contact. An assistant told me, a month into it, that she was entering the last details, it would be ready for accountant to review the next day, and ready for me to sign shortly thereafter. That was simply not true. I don't know why she lied to me. She had apparently done little, if anything, and neither returned my calls until I complained -- loudly. I picked up my papers today, have to start the whole process over. I am so disappointed. I hope I am not charged for services.
