paid him upfront $2000.00 flat rate and never showed up for court. Don't answer his phone and voice mail is always full

Claimed he had experience in divorce, took $5,000 flat rate. He didn't do anything except delay my case. He doesn't know divorce cases. He refuses to contact me or give me a break down of his hours. He spent about 5 hours that I know of consulting a different attorney. I have to pay the other attorney too. Mike refuses to refund any money. He ripped me off. Do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer.
