Steven is great at what he does. He was always available when needed and mind you I was one very annoying client. He represented my husband on two cases and won both. He’s always very responsive and if he can’t get reached by phone he’ll at least send you quick text letting you know he’ll get back to you and he does. He was recommended by a friend and has been one of the best recommendations which is why I highly recommend. He’s very honest and answered any questions we had even after having our cases closed.

Steven has been a hero to our family. We were recommended to him by a friend.
In time of desperation he had the patience and professionalism to explain with clarity when no else would. Always available to respond any question at any time. I trusted every word he said.
He helped us with two cases one in Chicago and one in Miami; he did the impossible to make both a WIN. He is not only an outstanding lawyer but a compassionate and honest person. The peace he has brought to our family has no price.

Steven Amster represented my husband and father in law 5 years ago. Due to the complicated nature of the case and it being in another state I was unsure if Amster would even represent my family members. However he met me on a Saturday morning for free and heard the details of the situation. He flew to Louisiana on several occasions for court appearances and to talk to my husband and father in law. He become familiar with Louisiana law to better represent his clients. He was honest and up front with the conditions of the case and made me aware of all possible scenarios of the case. Amster was very clear on every aspect of the case and I never felt deceived. He did exactly as he said and produced the results he promised. He always returned my calls in a timely manner and never did I feel neglected or a nuisance. I highly recommend Steven Amster because when faced with a challenging life event a you need someone to be direct and honest.

I was referred to Steven Amster when I was in need of legal representation. He completely blew me away in our first meet. In this free consultation he went out of his way to meet me at my home (probably not typical) and hear my side of the story. He proceeded to ask me more to really get the whole picture and provided me with a much better understanding of the situation and my options. He was upfront with the possible outcomes and assured me he would do everything in his power to make things right. He was always available to answer my questions and keep me informed on any new updates. I am SO HAPPY to share that he was able to resolve my matter as he predicted in his best case scenario. I have been represented by Mr. Amster on more than one occation, This attorney is very upfront and honest, he is unlike many other attorneys that just leave your case without even an explanation or call. I honestly would recomend him, without resolution. Steven currently represents both my husband and myself on two separate criminal matters. I have absolutely no complaints. He has handled and resolved each step of this horrible stage in our lives exceeding our expectations. Always has laid out clearly what's to follow without leaving anything out. Excellent attorney!!! If you want a lawyer that is dedicated and caring, then I highly recommend Steven Amster. In my brother's case, he showed up after hours, returned all phone calls promptly, and offered excellent legal advice. I feel that he along with his staff went above and beyond in working his case. I honestly recommend him to everyone in their times of legal needs. He does in my opinion look out 100% for his clients. He is honest and very professional.
