Sanford Nagrotsky is a scam artist. My wife that has been going through hell and back with upstate doctors regarding medical issues for 3 years is now facing a surgery that should have been done 2 years ago. Sanford was disrespectful saying things like "Why call me, your in Albany". Obviously he came up in an upstate search. He then stated "Do you not know how to use a computer?". Who does he think he is insulting my wife who has already gone through enough. I will be writing to the bar on this guy.
If you hear his name when the practice calls you back, hang up. When you look him up he has awards for "best lawyer". Don't be fooled, best lawyer just means he knows how to scan people and the system thebest.
