Natalia is very dedicated and experienced family lawyer. Poor spelling, a lot of errors in her documents. She is my wife's lawyer, I am the respondent, and she refuse to talk to me by phone even after judge told her in the court that phone communication is allowed. What a ridiculous woman!

She is a "Wolf in Sheep's clothing". If she knows you have money, she charges you more. she is a liar. She is keeping my file after she and I terminated our lawyer/client relationship. She also tried to keep $30,000 of my money claiming it was a retainer. Although I signed a retainer of $5000. DO NOT USE HER. DO not sign any authorization directing your money goes in her trust account. SHE is a rip off and is a liar. She is only looking for money. DO NOT TRUST HER

I went to Natalia in what was probably one of the worst times of my life as my family was breaking down. I can’t even express in words my gratitude. She was understanding, patient and very diligent and precise with the handling of my matter. She corresponded with me appropriately to ensure I was informed with the important details of my case and dates (very considerate re:billing) I can say Natalia encouraged me to make well discerned decisions with regards to my case. She was always professional. She Is very good at listening (lol) and I found myself completely comfortable with talking and reporting to her and trusting everything she advised me to do to successfully present my case to the court. With that being said, every matter/claim that we addressed with respects to my case was granted-not one revision. My file was organized, well planned and executed. I highly recommend Natalia.

I will likely need myself a new lawyer.
I was poorly represented by Natalia recently. My council failed to provide proper explanations and consequences of what I was going to sign into. On the signing day she was not available for consultations. I did not understand what I was signing and she failed to explain it to me.

Very dirty lawyer. She always plays bad tricks. Always encouraged her client to fight another side without even trying to reconciliate or mediation. The court documentation is a real mess. Has no good knowledge of the Family Law.

The worst family lawyer.first she charged money and than 2 weeks later she told me that she cant help me. Everything that I could say she doesnt know canadian law and regulations.Now I am trying to get my money back and still after one month no luck. First I've been advised that she will be sick for 3weeks...you wolud think how do you know that you will be sick for 3 weeks? Than she replied back but cancel appoinment,tried to email so many times no answer.Will file complaint with Law Society!!!Please be careful!!!

I had an awful experience. This lawyer doesn't work for her clients. She seeks her own profit only. Rude, insulting when stops getting your money. My be a professional but for her own profit only. 4 appointments cost me $5000. I would recommend to look for another lawyer.

I had very complicated family law dispute with my former common law partner. My son lived with her and I the father of the child, had to take care of my son and the house. Mother has gainful employment and refused to pay me spousal support. Natalia was able to obtain a court order in my favor and now I will be getting spousal support of more than $500 per months for next eight years. She really did a great job for me and save me from financial difficulties. I recommend to use her services as professional.

This lady (can not say that she is a professional lawyer), as would expect her to be) literally interested only in judge'a personal opinion. She can not speak up, even after a clerk asked her to do so. And you need a fighter in a court, not a "princess". Once she asked me, what I think how the judge looked at her? Did he like her? What??? What kind of question is that, if you are dealing with motion about the custody? Don't, just don't even consider her for a free consultation!

If you have issues with jurisdictional issues, she is good. She is terrible for spelling and grammar due to her being a Russian speaker, good for Russians I suppose. If you are not Russian, you will not have a good experience working with her as you will be proof reading her work. She does not speak well in court. You must take notes on the Judge's instructions, she is lax on this. You must have some knowledge of family court rules so you can make sure she does your affidavits as they are expected by the court, whether Application, Response or Reply to Response. She does not understand regular Canadian life. If you are a Canadian born person you should find another lawyer that is more in tune with your understandings and explanations as she will not be able to articulate your position well in court. I like her as a person, she is personable and was not arrogant with me. But, to be honest, at $300/hr she is not worth the money, if you are not Russian.

Natalia Denchik is up to the challenge. She took only the necessary steps in getting me divorced. This included getting a court order to have my matrimonial home sold. Under very strained circumstances custody and pension issues were dealt with. She guided me and kept me abreast every step of the way. I went through three lawyers before I found Ms. Denchik who is competent and knowledgeable in matrimonial law. Compared to others, I think her rates are very reasonable. If you want to get divorced with your share of the assets call Ms. Denchik.

I got a very good court order for custody and access to my children.In addition with Natalia's help, I got child support retroactively from year 2009 including which is a very good money for me as a single mother of two minor kids. On a top of that the judge ordered my ex to cost to me and cover all my legal expenses. Thank you, Natalia, very much for your help and dedication to my case.

Be aware of this lawyer, not proffesional at all... As a Family Lawyer terriable. Irresponsible, works just for money, doesnt care about people at all. Don't give any advice, ignores questions, missed information (have to repeat several times). On the first day of motion she asked me, what really happend? I was shocked... Never pick up the phone, very hard to reach her. Never was on time on meetings, and count our time more than it actually was. It looks like she needs to be retired!I would never recomend this lawyer to anyone... Frustrated.

Please be careful delaing with this lawyer. She is not professional. She promises things which won't become true. I've had bad experience with her legal advice. $10,000 and hal a year later I was left with a total disaster of my affairs. It looked like she was working along with my the council of my ex-wife. And on top of everything-no apology. She didn't even bother to send me her last bill. Just grabbed the money from the trust account. Should I mention overcharging, lazy communication, no pro-activity at all? Bottom line-stay away from her!
