In my opinion you simply cant make a bigger mistake than hiring Ken Weinstein. I feel Kens only initiatives are to maximize his billing and fees. If your reading this I understand your going through a difficult time and I wish I could tell you he would make all your problems go away. The truth is, I feel Ken was the single biggest problem I have had in my divorce. I think he is an awful attorney who hides behind big words and emails. Don’t walk away from this firm, RUN!

If you'd like to lose $100K in your divorce, then hire this firm. Weinstein doesn't care about you and is only money driven. His associate Ann Alves who is very weak, couldn't litigate her way out of a paper bag and doesn't know her “blank” from her elbow and is supposed to have 14 years of so called Matrimonial experience, still had to consult with Weinstein (double billing) and lost everything in the end that was promised in the beginning. The opposing attorney walked all over her and now I have to pursue Legal Malpractice.No knowledge of Marital Law Whatsoever. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible - run away from this firm.

Kenneth Weinstein and Michael Langer will NOT HELP you at your time of need with anything other than help themselves to your pocket. Stay away from this firm or you will be bilked for thousands of dollars along with your children's college fund and your home!
