I have been in business for 42 years. For 30 of those years, until he retired, my company was represented by one general counsel. I was referred to Lee and we started working together approximately two years ago. After 30+ years, one becomes accustomed to a certain level of attention and comfort level. Lee quickly demonstrated an easy approach, which enabled us to develop an excellent working relationship. To-date, Lee has worked with me on a large real estate sale, many corporate contracts, as well as personal matters. He is very sharp and easy to work with. As many can appreciate, many corporate contracts can be quite painful. Lee helps to make these more tolerable and has intervened with other attorneys when matters became particularly sticky. He is a pleasure to work with.

There are very few attorney's I can give ratings of 5 in every category. Lee is that person. He is a deal maker but is tenacious and strong when needed. He handles my corporations, and personal trusts and is very creative coming up with multiple ways for me to achieve my goals. I have recommended him to clients of mine all with great results. He is top notch!
