I find he has wasted my time and money. He spends your hour telling you stories about his other clients and never answers your questions. He tells one he is a great lawyer but I have not seen it as of yet. He passes you off to his under lawyers that are learning to be lawyers, after he has done his question and discovery, which I put together for him and he charged over 5000 for.

Plain and simple - Richard Rand is arrogant, rude, and disrespectful towards his clients. He wastes time during office meetings talking about irrelevant things, all the while charging you $450 per hour. He sits on files for months doing nothing to get you what you want, and then when the time does come for negotiation, he ''rolls over" with no fight in him to get you what you want. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer to ANYONE. I wasted time and money on him and am VERY dissatisfied with his service.
