I had a very challenging time working with Sayles & Evans - particularly Clover Drinkwater - including lack of responsiveness, poor communications, advice that left me in a position where I had to hire another attorney to fix Miss Drinkwater's errors, and refusals to itemize or explain bills. In one instance, Miss Drinkwater's staff actually admitted to impersonating someone on a phone call in order to get things done "more easily." I was extremely disappointed in the handling of my matter and the mistakes and inefficiencies which occurred and would never return to do business with this office or this attorney.
