Mr Stephen Molinsek is in process of being disbarred. Soon to be public information. As a former client, I am also in process of a malpractice claim against him. Stay away from this man. If you are a victim you can be compensated too.

I came to Steve Molinsek with a very complicated situation. Steve has a very good knowledge base of family law. His good reputation & respect of his abilities by other attorneys & judges is obvious during the conferences I've been in. It was a retired judge who refered me to him. I find that Steve knows which situations require calm dialogue & which situations require a more tenacious angle. Over the time I've worked with Steve each conference has resulted in an extremely positive change in my situation. He is a busy attorney & therefor has heard messages from me at my worst when emotional situations arise & the minutes feel like hours & I want something done "now." He told me "Just keep calling" & he will return calls in a reasonable time frame. As far a value, he charges what I consider to be a reasonable going rate for the area & his experience. Since my results have been very good I consider it a good value. In summary, picking Steve as my attorney has been a very good choice.

Steve is a gifted attorney. He is an outstanding litigator, and always puts his clients first. I find the negative reviews disturbing, I assume they are from disgruntled spouses that are upset that Steve wasn't their attorney!! It is sad to see how far a person will go to sooth their ego. Steve works hard and fights for each client. I know I was fortunate to have him on my side!

I highly recommend Stephen Molinsek. He is a powerhouse when it comes to representing you when you feel your voice has been overpassed and ignored. He listens to you and understands you even when you cannot understand yourself. Divorce, Custody and Support he truly cares for his clients and considers you family. Thank You Steve!

Mr Molisnek is an extremely intelligent and compassionate attorney. While going through one of the toughest experiences of my life, he not only represented me impeccably, but actually cared for me and my situation. I could not have asked for better representation. I had a lawyer previous to him that did nothing but write very long (and very expensive) useless letters. I would highly recommend Stephen Molinsek.

I've had the opportunity to work with Steve Molinsek on numerous occasions. He goes above and beyond, and is very creative! He finds ways to represent his client zealously that other attorneys would never think of. He is ethical, a hard worker and a go getter. He goes out of his way to help new attorneys learn the law and how to be a good litigator. When I have difficult legal questions, I consult with no one but Steve. He is trustworthy and if I ever have family/matrimonial issues, he is without a doubt the attorney I'd go to!

I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. If you study law, I believe that is to protect and defend justice. This lawyer is a liar, racist and does not follow the law just $$$, he's dirty and will use his power to over throw the courts. Please DK not hire this lawyer.. at least you just want to fill his pockets.

There is no better choice for complicated cases. Brilliant and talented in the courtroom. Great communicator and responsive.
