Didn't know about Constructive Emancipation By Conduct. Was good until he began making his avocation his vocation. Wanted me to include my income on Child Support Forms (we are not married for that reason) We had the BM on the ropes due to some of her written admissions clearly showing she was a parental alienator and yet snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Great attorney if you are a BM. . . but then aren't they all.
