This company was used to sell my condo. They did not have any information on my association fees at the time of the sale. To facilitate the sale I provided a $500 deposit to cover any outstanding fees with the understanding they would verify the HOA balance and return my deposit once they confirmed the account was in credit. That was 13 months ago they have not returned my deposit and will not respond to my emails. I do not recommend you use this company
