I hired Eugene Moramarco to help me through a real estate transaction with listing, contract and sale of commercial property. After closing, I was sued because the listing real estate agency was not the agency that Eugene Moramarco wrote the check out to at closing. Eugene Moramarco did not take responsibility for this lawsuit. I would never recommend Eugene Moramarco.
