A close relative recently passed away. Ms. Nagel had been his lawyer for many years and was designated to handle the estate as well as establish a Power of Attorney. We called and left messages for three weeks. We never received a phone call back. Upon contacting another lawyer we had a face-to-face with the new lawyer that very day. In a time of need and crisis Ms. Nagel did not even return a call or answer a message. We still have not heard from Ms. Nagel. My deceased relative trusted her and she failed him and us.
