Not recommended! Mr. Irwin will literally stand at the bench and help the enemy behind your back. He will lie about what the law states to you in hopes to make himself look good. He stresses you out while trying to help, he is not able to comfort a distressed client well, and when he is not direct with communication which is all the time, it is upsetting and confusing. Being lied to by your attorney in itself is very stressful! His actions have cost thousands of dollars. Do not Hire Daire! He may know the law well but that does not mean he will help you with it. He will do what benefits him, and what makes his work easier.
