Dominick Marsala of Marsala Law Group is a great attorney. We hired him because we truly believed amin what he told us he could do to help us with my husbands case. Dominick helped my husband get a 2nd degree felony dismissed, not to mention we live in a very strict county and only my husbands case out more than 100 cases was dismissed in our area. I came to Dominick Marsala on a recommendation from a friend. I was at a real low point in my life. During my initial consultation he listened to my background story and situation I found myslef in. He them made a couple of recommendations to help me understand what to expect. Needless to say he was not the first lawyer I contacted, but one thing he did do was; make me feel comfortable with his knowledge of law and the ahow of concern for my situation. After a couple of months of my constant badgering him for information and advise. The end results were the beat possible outcome for my family and I. Without his guidance I have no idea what I would have done. He talked me out of taking stupid acrions many times. Had bad representation who after a disagreement on cost and issue with submitting to a $3000 3rd party study to recommend custody (which they recommended), they withdrew as counsel. Mr. Marsala picked up the pieces. Made sense of the 3rd party study debacle which could have cost me custody. Instead he tactfully countered every move, ultimately checkmated opposing counsel and received a ruling in favor of placing the children into a position of safety and stability. I'm overwhelmed by the performance of this attorney and the standing ovation he deserves would still not be enough to show how much gratitude I have for him.

Dominic represented me in a tough family law case where a prior attorney had left me unable to present evidence or effectively make my case. He picked up the ball and ran with it like a champ, working late hours with and without me to prepare and expertly questioning a hostile witness that committed perjury incessantly. He was hard on himself right up till he walked out of the courtroom and then we later found out that our ruling was fair and just for my children. He clearly found a way to get the truth across against all odds. Whatever growing pains this firm may have had in the past, I have seen Dominic, Jenna, and his staff working tirelessly fighting for their clients and I know they truly care about the clients and their families. Like any good attorney I know, I see these folks' cars in the parking lot late into the night and early in the morning going the extra mile.

I have a pretty lengthy criminal history. Not a lot of really bad stuff, just a lot of stuff. I got my 5th DWI, in Denton of all places, and a possession of a CS charge. I was looking at a habitual offender tag and a minimum of 25 years. I have a wife and 2 kids and have, largely, turned my life around, but sometimes mistakes happen and my mistakes are much more costly because of my past. Dominick fought and fought; called in favors and, somehow, by some miracle, managed to get me the minimum. The minimum. The result here would be unheard of in a lenient county - I can't believe he pulled it off in Denton. I would recommend him to anyone asking about anything. He is the epitome of a professional and a magician in the courtroom - truly overjoyed with my experience and the outcome.

Dominick is the best lawyer in DFW as far as I'm concerned. Very hard working and helpful. He reduced 2 charges I received to basically nothing. I truly believe Dominick became a lawyer to help people earn a second chance in life and if I should ever need a lawyer again (hopefully I wont) he will be the one I call.

Mr.Marsala had more than a fair fight to get me the ultimate deal. Facing a new felony while on two felony probation revocations, was able to get new charges dropped, probation reinstated, with only work release weekends. How amazing is that? If you hire this so call lawyer you will loose time and money. Constantly cancelling on you and never resolving your case. Something as a simple case that requires minimal time and resources has dragged on for over 4 months and counting. Know that he has a FULLY PROBAT ED SUSPENSION!

I retained Dominick Marsala on a case five years ago. The punishment for this misdemeanor was 6 months plus a fine. Mr. Marsala was able to get “Time Served” on a 1day in jail and no fines.
Most recently, my husband and I had Mr. Marsala represent us in a paternity case. By the two cases above you should now the outcome. Once again, my attorney came through for us, always in our corner and keeping us up to date on everything.
I have never met an Attorney who actually cares, most just ACT like they do. My family and I would not be were we are at if it wasn’t for you Mr. Marsala.

This attorney will drag your case out forever. He will not communicate anything to you, and he only works on your case when you are present. He will take your money then sit on your case. It was very frustating and upsetting trying to work with him.
