Stay away from this so-called lawyer. Beyond terrible. When things got complicated all he wanted to do was get off the case. I had paid a lot of money for nothing.

Just a very poor lawyer. Wasted a lot of money on him with very poor results. Seemed to be working for the other side. Was reluctant to fight for my case, only wanted to settle on very poor terms for my case. He should have refunded me the money I paid him. Our legal system is set up to benefit the lawyers and not the clients.

I found Peter to be highly knowledgeable and professional, providing prompt, clear communication, in a pleasant manner. Mr. Bruckshaw represented me in a stressful and difficult situation fighting against an opposing aggressive and unprofessional lawyer. Mr. Bruckshaw was professional, kind, knowledgeable, very assertive with the opposing lawyer when needed and extremely effective in court throughout the entire process. We felt like we knew what was happening throughout the entire process of negotiations. He kindly and patiently explained the "legal-ease"(difficult to understand wording in court documents) to us whenever needed. He put our minds at ease knowing we could fully trust him and that he was putting our needs first. I would not hesitate to use his services again if needed and recommend him to all of my friends and relatives as he is an extremely effective and trustworthy lawyer. The results of our court case were far better than expected solely due to him and his many many years of expertise in the court system. We have used Peter Bruckshaw on two separate occasions. First for our purchase of land and subsequent construction contract for building a new house. Second for recently updating our wills and setting up our Power of Attorney. Both instances have been very helpful and provided us with much peace-of-mind. He's also been an invaluable resource for providing us with informal opinions on matters of legal interest and reviewing legal documents (offers to purchase etc).
Over the years Peter has helped us understand why and how best to proceed with legal matters to avoid potential complications in the future. He has in-depth knowledge and lots of experience in Family Law which permits him to provide his services in a most efficient and timely manner.
We have recommended his services to a number of our friends and family and feel fortunate to have him as our lawyer.

Peter represented me, and did such a poor job represented me, that I got my passport suspended. My case was pretty simple, but he manage to draw it out so it would be costly for me! All he cares about is money, and he will over charge you and in return do a poor job defending you!

I needed to consult with a lawyer regarding a possible legal issue. As this was the first time in my life that I was in this position I did not know who to consult. A friend suggested meeting with Mr. Bruckshaw. Throughout I found him extremely helpful, patient and able to explain "legaleze" in a way which I was able to understand. I felt that he was there every step of the way, which to this day I am extremely grateful for. If someone I know would ask for a recommendation - I would suggest that they meet with him.

I've experienced nothing less than professionalism from Mr. Bruckshaw. He's been courteous and great with communication when it's needed or necessary, which helps to keep costs in check. I feel that he understood my individual situation and knows how to deal with issues appropriately, and in a timely matter, as they arise. I found his fee to be reasonable and pretty much in line with many other lawyers of his experience, within the family law sector and the location he serves.

I went to him for the consultation and a month later after collecting all the documentation which I needed for my case and recieving an ultimatom from my x's lawyer, I called him to defend me, he suddenly stopped answering my calls and left me in limbo.no explanation, not calling me back whatsoever.No professional courtesy what so ever

I'm not finished with my divorce yet but I'm very satisfied with Peter's work so far as he's accomplished more in 6 months for half the cost of what 2 other lawyers "did" in three years. He's a breath of fresh air after I was nickel and dimed for thousands of dollars by someone who later became disbarred. My previous lawyer would mail to me copies of every two sentence letter he sent and received to and from opposing counsel racking up my balance with little work actually done. I don't worry if I don't hear back from Peter right away because I know I will in good time if it's an important issue. Doesn't phone or write you unnecessarily. Works well with opposing counsel to come up with agreements that benefit me. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

low end lawyer I was with him for a year what a worst of money. The only plus was there was a hot women as you walk in.
